BIO

Jacque is a member of the firm’s litigation and appeals law group. Her primary areas of practice are civil litigation and appellate advocacy.

Jacque is an accomplished author of significant successful submissions in both state and federal courts on behalf of clients. In her work her writings concentrate on matters involving business and commercial disputes, employment disputes, education, and municipal law matters. In her appellate work Jacque has authored important briefs, applications for relief, and significant advocacy writings for clients at the Supreme Court Appellate Divisions and the Court of Appeals.

Jacque received her Bachelor of Science degree from Sage College of Albany in 2004. She graduated from Western New England University School of Law in 2010 and was awarded the academic honor for Best Oral Argument. Jacque took an active leadership role as class representative to the Student Bar Association. During law school, Jacque served as an intern for the Honorable Margaret Walsh in Albany County and in the Schenectady County Conflict Defender’s office. Prior to attending law school, Jacque was employed as a paralegal.
