special improvement districts

We undertake special improvement district formation including but not limited to water and sewer district formations under Articles 12 and 12A of the Town Law and other municipal laws. In addition, the firm has extensive experience consolidating special improvement districts pursuant to Article 17-A of the General Municipal Law as well as drafting and negotiating Intermunicipal Agreements between municipalities for water supply and sanitary sewer.
