Whistleblowers

We believe in the protection of whistleblowers and will fight for their right to stand up against corruption and reprisals.

One of our partners, Thomas R. Fallati, Esq., is a former federal prosecutor. Since 2016, he has been a member of a strategic law firm alliance called the Whistleblower Law Team, which utilizes their Government experience and knowhow in different geographic jurisdictions. The team combines resources to assist whistleblowers under the False Claims Act, SEC, IRS and CFTC Whistleblower Programs and other laws designed to help detect fraud, compensate those who report it, and protect whistleblowers from employment retaliation. Violators of the False Claims Act are liable for up to three times the dollar amount of the fraud they committed, as well as additional civil penalties. Whistleblowers receive reward upon the government recovering the money.
