Estate Litigation: Breach of Fiduciary Duties

Executors, administrators and trustees are held responsible to act in the best interests of the estate. Agents who act as a power of attorney are not permitted to exceed the limits of the powers granted to them. Unfortunately, there are circumstances when these people do not act properly or responsibly, resulting in a breach of duty. These parties violate rules that harm others by causing damages. Ordinarily the harms are financial and thus, we quantify and prove the damages. We challenge fiduciaries when they do not act properly in order to recover damages.
