Martin Miranda is an associate in the firm’s general litigation practice. Martin has significant experience representing clients in the financial services industry concerning complex commercial litigation and regulatory enforcement investigations. Martin previously worked in the litigation department at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Martin’s experience includes multimillion-dollar international breach of contract disputes, multi-jurisdictional internal investigations and evaluations of corporate global compliance programs.
Martin received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Fordham International Law Journal and International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Martin was born and raised in California’s agricultural heartland before relocating to New York in 2007 to pursue a legal career. Martin is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys exploring the Adirondacks with his family.
