As director of the firm’s corporate and strategic business counseling practice, Keith is responsible for acting in a variety of legal and executive management roles with clients of the firm, including roles as lead in-house/outside counsel, chief financial officer and chief restructuring officer. His engagements typically involve coordination of legal and business objectives, involving raising debt and equity capital, and operating and selling privately-held businesses. Keith frequently led engagements involving the development and execution of strategic plans, financial modeling, financial restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, business development, board development and joint ventures. He frequently represents wealthy family groups in their private equity investments and regional banks in their day-to-day business lending.

Keith is also a member of the adjunct faculty at Albany Law School. At the law school, he teaches a JD/MBA level course which reviews business and legal issues in sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, private equity, lending, investment banking and corporate transactions.
