Amanda is a member of the firm’s corporate and strategic business counseling practice. A 2018 graduate of SUNY at Albany, she holds a bachelor’s in economics and mathematics. Amanda received her law degree with a concentration in Business Law from Albany Law School in 2021 where she was a member of the Albany Law School’s Journal of Science and Technology, a Karen C. McGovern Senior Prize Trial Finalist, and Albany Law School’s Student Trial Advocacy Team, representing the school in a national trial team competition.
Additionally, Amanda was a 2021 New York State Courts Pro Bono Scholar, in which after taking the Bar Exam dedicated over 550 hours of pro bono legal services at The Legal Project’s Homeowner Foreclosure Prevention Unit, where she represented indigent clients in the defense of civil foreclosure through litigation, bankruptcy, and creditor negotiations.
She is well versed in lending and corporate transactions and the potential business and legal issues that may arise. Amanda has prior work experience in commercial investment banking, commercial restructuring, and insolvency litigation at Santander Bank’s General Counsel.
